Loyalty is rewarded through long service. For every five years’ service to Powell Gee, we gift employees with an additional day’s holiday for the following year only.
For every new employee referral, a £500 taxable gift is offered. The referred individual should ensure they quote their referrer before their job offer, then one they pass probation and remain within Powell Gee, or another part of the wider Tibbetts Business past 6 months, we award the referrer with their £500 taxable “Thank You”.
