Placing Orders

Part Numbers

We recommend that you reference our Part Numbers on your enquiries. If you are struggling to match our part number to your requirement, give us a call and one of the team will be able to help. Please provide the product application, size and material that you require.

Custom Parts

We are able to produce parts that are specific to your needs. Whilst our shaped bolts and brackets are available in standard sizes, we can produce specific bespoke solutions; just ask our Sales Team for a drawing template. If you would like to create a specific fixing or fastener, give us a call with your specifications and we can quote you for design, manufacture, testing and distribution.

Carriage Charges

Orders over £500, deliveries are free of charge within the UK.
Orders under £500 are subject to the charges below:

• Next day deliveries  £16
• Pre 12pm deliveries £32
• Pre 10am deliveries £38

Heavy orders may incur additional charges, whereas orders under 5kg are £7.50.

For delivery to Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and other regions, please call our Sales Team, as service may vary.

Collections

Collections are only available to customers who have a credit account with us. See Shipping for further information.

Credit Account

If you would like an account with us, please complete this form and we will be in touch to confirm your credit account set-up. Alternatively you can place a proforma order where no account set up is required. To do this, contact our sales team.

Payment

BACS payment is our preferred payment method. If you have an account with us, we are only able to accept credit card payments up to £2,000.

Amend or Cancel an Order

We will do our best to change or cancel an item from your order before it has been dispatched, just give us a call on +44(0)1743 296 132. Unfortunately we are unable to amend bespoke items once production has begun.
